Our Right of Way Department is a fully staffed and qualified department. All agents are members of the International Right of Way Association (I.R.W.A.). Our agents are experienced in acquisitions and permitting on Federal, State, Private and Tribal owned properties. We maintain an excellent rapport with governmental agencies from the Bureau of Land Management to State Land offices.
Our agents prefer to use a personal approach when dealing with private land owners. Past experience has shown us that one-on-one, face to face meetings with land owners usually achieve a shorter negotiation period and establish a better working relationship.
