Chenault Consulting Inc., Pipeline Damage Prevention Department has fully trained and experienced personnel for locating underground facilities using the latest line locating equipment available. Our locating technicians are certified through UTA and are provided continuous training through various programs. All locating equipment is maintained and calibrated according to current manufacturers specifications.
Communication between excavators, One Call technicians, and pipeline operators is essential. Our technicians maintain a line of communication through phone calls and email with both the excavator and operators of various companies. We also communicate with the State 811 in New Mexico and Colorado through ticket management systems such as Irth Solutions.
